Week 1 – Not only have meals become more enjoyable, because I am noticing the food, but wow, my visual awareness is more easily wide as I play. The panoramic aspect of my visual field is more easily accessible while I am playing, even when I am having to think as I play (transposing, improvising, learning.) BOOM! I didn’t expect this from working on eating. Let’s see what comes next….
Week 5 – My full visual field is a more regular part of my inclusive awareness! This changes the way I move and feel. The food…ahhh I have never enjoyed my food so much.
